This Monday, August 16 of this year, the Tijuana Tourism and Convention Committee (COTUCO), confirmed the holding of the “Sabor a Valle” festival on August 28 and 29 in Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada.
Grupo Concordia joins Sabor a Valle, as it is considered a promoter of the drop, since they are very clear that the state of Baja California is extremely rich in tourist attractions, which are benefits that surround their real estate projects.
This event will be the meeting point for the main exponents of gastronomy, where more than 30 national and international chefs will attend, accompanied by the best wine houses, craft beers, as well as Tequilas and Mezcals, as well as a great musical program.
The objective of the “Sabor a Valle” festival is to promote Valle de Guadalupe as a world-class tourist and gastronomic destination.

The event will have an experience area, a children’s area, a restaurant pavilion, a space with 14 grillers on the Calimax Max Grill route where they will cook a complete 350-kilogram cow called the “Viva la vaca” festival.
In the musical program on Saturday, August 28, Sonora Dinamita, Tren a Marte and Daniel Boaventura will be present in concert.
On Sunday, August 29, a “Brunch with Flavor of the Valley” will be held, accompanied by Nicho Hinojosa in concert.
Finally, the Tijuana Tourism and Convention Committee (COTUCO) reported that attendees of said event must present proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test.
