His wine is the result of a mixture of grapes throughout his 24 hectares under the watchful eye and great care of José Manuel Fernández, one of the most important agronomists in Mexico. When you try it you will understand why it is one of the best in the valley. Ask for the wine called “Rafael”; a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Nebbiolo.
Varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Tempranillo, Malbec, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvedre, Syrah and Viognier are grown here with the expertise of winemaker Daniel Lonnberg.
